Fitness Competition

For athletes dedicated to their craft, there are several competition circuits in existence. ABSolute Fitness with Diana Painter has clients who compete in the NPC and the OCB competitions in a variety of classes including women’s bikini, figure and physique and men’s physique and body building. Diana is proud to have coached many competitors over the years and to have helped her clients bring home trophies of success.

She has competitors who have placed all over the boards, including 1st or 2nd in their class and also 1st or 2nd overall. She has worked with clients who have pushed themselves past their personal limits to step outside of their comfort zone and compete. For some, the thrill of the competition and journey of the transformation is reward enough.

No one said it would be easy. They said it would be worth it.

Prepping for and participating in a body building competition is not for everyone on their personal fitness journey. It requires intense dedication and extreme will power. Competition prep often includes a minimum of 15-25 weeks of strict dieting and regular exercise, the purchase of an NPC or OCB competitor card, competition wear, makeup and hair. It is often a significant financial, time, and lifestyle commitment.

If you are interested in training for a body building competition, talk to Diana about what your personal preparation would look like.
